Delivery and returns policy
1) Delivery and shipping costs
Etailers will make every effort to deliver the products purchased by the Customer between three and seven business days depending on the country of destination, from receipt of the order and its payment. Without prejudice to the foregoing, deliveries depend inescapably on causes not controlled by Etailers, such as possible incidents that the courier may encounter or suffer (failures, accidents, strikes, etc.), so that the Customer must consider the date as approximate and indicative.
In any case, if the delivery is delayed, the Customer may contact the assigned courier (via email with the contact details and traceability that he/she will receive once leaving the shipment) or through the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the Customer is not at the address indicated to receive his/her package, the courier will attempt to deliver the package to the person at this address at the time of delivery. If this delivery is unsuccessful, the recipient will be notified with all shipping details and contact method to set a new delivery date.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination area and products purchased.
2) Withdrawal and returns
The client will have a period of 14 days, from the receipt of the goods contracted, to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The returned order will be picked up by Etailers through its own logistics service, and must be accompanied by the delivery note and, where applicable, invoice issued by Etailers. The Customer may return any item provided that, for reasons of health or hygiene protection, they have not been unsealed, exposed to inappropriate conditions or handled in any way.
For the purposes of the withdrawal exercise, in case of the purchase of a pack, it must be returned in full, keeping the seal plastic without any damage.
The amounts paid will be refunded within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product through the same mean of payment used by the customer to purchase the product. If the payment method used by the Customer is not eligible for the return (for example, the credit or debit card used had expired at the time of return), Etailers will contact the Customer to request an alternative method for this return. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the shipping and logistics costs where Etailers may have incurred to make the delivery, collection and management of the return of the product or products, nor in those orders that have not been picked up or have been rejected, won’t be refunded.
All items purchased in the FINAL SALE or SPECIAL PROMOTION or 50% discount cannot be returned.
In case of returns as a result of defective products, the new products will be sent without any cost for the Customer.
In case of returns as a result of incorrect size, the cost of return will be paid by the customer. If the customer wants to generate a new order with the correct size, he must also pay the shipping cost. For more information, you can write to the following email: email@example.com
The Customer shall communicate within the stipulated period and by any means admitted in law, his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, you can contact the email firstname.lastname@example.org , where you will be provided with a withdrawal form that you must send duly completed.
