SHIPPING

•⁠  Deliveries within Spain: approximately 2 to 4 business days.
•⁠  Deliveries to other European Union countries: approximately 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
•⁠ International deliveries outside the European Union: approximately 3 to 17 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping shall be free of charge for orders over EUR 80. For orders below this amount, deliveries within Spain shall incur a shipping fee of EUR 4. For deliveries to foreign countries (within or outside the European Union), shipping costs shall be itemised on the order summary page prior to confirmation of the order and before payment details are entered.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased products to return your purchase.

Pacha Merchandise, S.L. shall not bear the cost of returns, except in cases involving defective or incorrect products.
